I noticed I'm good in absorbing, in a minimum period of time, a lot of new information and understanding many aspects of a wide range of businesses. As an engineer I am able to understand technical challenges, technical realities as well as your critical business issues.

I also understand how engineers (or other technical profiles) think and work. This allows me to give you hands on, relevant, and fit for your reality advice/insight and coaching/training that makes sense in your line of work and your business.

Working with people in an international context also taught me many things about how people with different backgrounds and training think, react and feel sensitive or excited about. Which is crucial when doing international business. Special focus on Flemish/Dutch relationship building and behavioral training.
