As the business development manager of SCUDO, I'm in charge of growing a new joint venture company in machine building for industrial bakeries. Focus, story telling, business and sales strategy and the actual sales were my main activities.
Starting up a new store concept. Involving selling non-Belgian beer on the Belgian market. Story telling, branding, sales strategy, business development, general management are the main areas of focus for Peirseption.
Peirseption assisted Spiromatic with the systematic approach towards business development within Europa. Focus was on establishing new relations with yet unknown key players in existing markets in Europe. Peirseption was also involved in the Sales Training of the Spiromatic sales team.
Peirseption assisted the business owner with the commercial aspects around the business expansion. Setting up new relationships with key players in the European Candle industry was the main focus. Aligning strategy, sales strategy and story telling was an important aspect in this process.
